Camping and volleyball and ticks, OH MY!!

Baby G's first DIGS tournament!!!

So every year for the past 7 years or so, Daddy and I have gone to this volleyball tournament with friends. This is an outdoor tournament, and luck would have it that this year, our court was backed up right into Sherwood Forest!!!!! So we had a major tick fest where we had to set up our canopy and chairs. So of course mom was freaking out! Mommy and Daddy were sure to check little G on a very regular basis (ok, pretty constant actually), and I believe that our friends Ray and Todd took the majority of them for the team. Thanks guys.....and sorry about that! Gabriel was "roughing it" in a cabin with air conditioning and his pack n' play. He slept like an angel and proved himself to be a true outdoors baby. He has always REALLY enjoyed being outside, so this wasn't a real stretch for him. Our friends treated him as if he was their own and helped us out with feedings so Daddy and I could play a match together for the first time in quite a while! We have such fantastic friends!!! Here are some pictures of baby G at his first, and surely not his last, DIGS. Except from now on, we will have a net to go over his pack n' play to help protect him from those nasty ticks and other bugs!!
