Mommy's first Mothers Day!

And a special day it was!!! Gabriel spent his first Mothers Day with GrandmA and GrandpA, daddy and of coarse mommy too! It was nothing short of a beautiful day here and the 5 of us were able to spend some time outside enjoying the perfect weather. Once we were done with dinner, Gabriel had a bath and then off to bed! Mothers Day has always been a meaningful day of the year for me. In my many years of celebrating Mothers Day, it has always been to honor other women in my life. My grandmother, my mother, and Daddy's mom Katie Sue. These 3 amazing woman have given so much of their lives to their children and grandchildren. Although I often think of them and feel constantly reminded of how lucky I am to have had these woman in my life, Mothers Day will always be a reminder to thank the special woman in my life for all their kindness and selflessness that they have given throughout the years. Today was just extra special for me in that it is the first year that someone (although too young to know any better), thought of me as mother on Mothers Day. I feel blessed beyond words!

Biopsy came back as a benign tumor. She is going to be AOK and we are so relieved!!!!!!
