Mommy surprised Daddy and baby G with a fun filled trip to the beach. Yes, it was mid October, and yes, a bit on the cool side...but it was the beach non the less! So this was G's first experience with the ocean and sand! We all had a fantastic time! The condo we rented was right on the beach! We fell asleep and woke up to the sounds and smells of the ocean! And for the first time in at least a year, it wasn't the ocean sound of G's noise machine coming from the baby monitor! It was the REAL thing!!!! We also brought G to the Fort Fisher Aquarium where we saw an albino alligator, sharks, lots of fish, giant lobsters and lots of other creators of the sea! We also stopped by the lake across from the condo for some "Salty Paws" fun! There were a TON of puppy dogs enjoying the doggy festival and we saw lots of puppy dogs who were looking for homes! Daddy was the voice of reason....as usual!

Oh, and the little man took his first steps!!!! October 10th, he walked from his daddy to his mommy! His motivation? TIGRA!!! :-)
