We went to the mall to get his pictures taken, but didn't get a chance to stop by to visit Santa. Maybe next year......! We did however get to ride the new choo choo train in the mall. G is all about his trains right now, so he was in heaven! He hasn't quite gotten the concept of Santa Clause, but he loves to ask mommy and daddy "what does santa clause say?" He also started asking for "Santa Claw". Basically daddy and his tickle bug.
So we had a really nice and relaxing Christmas this year. G is really getting accustomed to this "present" idea. We had a great dinner with G's Gann and Papa Christmas Eve and opened presents. Santa made his way through the taped up fireplace (to close off drafts) and left some really fun stuff that the little man gets use out of on a daily basis. We built our (for all of us) first Ginger Bread House. I didn't even know that these kits were available, how wonderful!!! We had a lot of fun getting messy and eating A LOT!! It snowed the next day. Although it won't look like much to our Midwestern friends, but it was enough to shut down the city for a couple of days. So daddy got an extra day "off", working from home of coarse. We built a snow man, attempted something like sledding, made and threw LOTS of snowballs. Great memories once again! Hugs and Kisses to all!
